Plitvice National Parks Croatia

I have attempted two pilgrimages to Plitvice in my life. The first was dramatically unsuccessful and I didn't make it within two hours of the place. The second time, as you can see we made it happen. However the park, which is known for its waterfalls, was flooded. The beauty of this was that we were wandering the park almost alone, when apparently its usually covered in tourists.

  1. Your photos are absolutely breathtaking! I almost wish your blog background was just plain black so I could focus more on your beautiful photography! What a lovely place. I'd love to go there someday.
